Responsibilities
  • Review and assist with the language in agreements between the railroad and road authority
  • Assist with the development of engineering agreements, supplemental agreements, master agreements and other related documents
  • Ensure all agreements comply with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal teams, project managers, and government agencies
  • Monitor and manage the execution of agreements to ensure all terms and conditions are met
  • Provide guidance and support on contractual matters to project teams
  • Maintain accurate records of all agreements and related correspondence
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in contract management, preferably in the transportation or infrastructure sector
  • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local regulations related to railroad and road authority agreements
  • Knowledge of DocuSign, contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of railroad operations and safety regulations
