  • PPL or better, UAS Pilot License
  • FAA Medical Certificate (or ability to get one)
  • Experience with >55lb UAVs, at least 100hrs
  • Experience with building and maintaining aircraft
  • Willing to start early and/or finish late depending on weather
  • Ability to carry heavy loads and work outside for extended periods of time
Responsibilities
  • Ensure safe flight operations
  • Ensure safe flight operations (we really mean it!)
  • Help with all Flight Test Operations, from pre-flying the vehicles to checking all systems are go before launch, monitoring telemetry during flights, flying recovery maneuvers, and assisting with post-flight operations
  • Assist with producing flight test reports and provide your feedback to the rest of the team regarding how to automate flight ops and improve reliability
  • Help build, repair, and manufacture large UAVs
