Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in IT operations engineering or related role
  • Expert level experience in managing assets within a mixed-OS environment with a diverse fleet of mobile assets
  • Knowledge of security fundamentals and best practices
  • Experience supporting a diverse team of end-users across the global
  • Proficient in administering PC and Apple hardware
  • Proven ability to work autonomously
  • Undergraduate degree or technical certificate in Computer Science or related field
Responsibilities
  • Provide the best IT experience possible to overall VerticalScope team
  • Introduce and execute on new, modern solutions to maintain, deploy, and administer a diverse fleet of employee hardware and devices across the globe
  • Maintain the health of the corporate infrastructure, ensuring all the systems that power the business are managed effectively and appropriately
  • Actively maintain and develop crucial internal tools and services including Google Workspace Enterprise, Cloud Identity, Kandji MDM, and Apple Business Manager
  • Build automation processes around endpoint management to maintain, update, and track all IT endpoints
  • Collaborate on projects to improve, expand, and automate the capabilities of the IT Operations team, addressing key new business challenges such as supporting a fully hybrid workforce
  • Assist in managing our hardware and software inventory, potentially automating this process as necessary
  • Provide timely, clear, and effective support to end users on a daily basis
  • Other related responsibilities and ad hoc projects as negotiated and needed to meet the ongoing needs of the company
