Requirements
- 5+ years of strategic operations experience, including at least 2+ years within a tech/marketplace environment
- Experience leading teams and driving change within an organization
- A data-driven and analytical approach to problem-solving, internal process optimization and streamlining complex workflows
- Strong communication skills and a proven track record of collaborating effectively with product and engineering teams
- Desire and ability to learn quickly, take professional initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Nice to have: industry knowledge or personal experience with architecture or construction
Responsibilities
- Set clear quality standards and implement systems and incentives for Pros and homeowners
- Collaborate with Product to design workflows optimizing Pros and Homeowner experience
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify deficiencies and drive revenue growth
- Define standards for new service categories on the platform
- Be the voice of the customer and bring feedback to inform product development cycles
- Lead a team through the transition to a dynamic marketplace model
