Veradigm provides data-driven software solutions, such as electronic prescribing and clinical registries, to help healthcare providers, insurance payers, and biopharmaceutical companies manage clinical and financial performance. These products work by analyzing real-world data and evidence gathered from the point of care to automate insurance claims, manage financial risk, and support medical research. Unlike competitors that may focus on a single niche, Veradigm connects data across the entire healthcare ecosystem to provide a unified view of the patient journey for all stakeholders. The company's goal is to use these insights to make healthcare delivery more efficient and improve patient outcomes through better-informed decision-making.

Veradigm, a provider of clinical and revenue cycle solutions for independent practices, has appointed Christian Greyenbuhl as chief financial officer, effective 11 May 2026 or after filing its 2023 and 2024 Annual Reports on Form 10-K. Greyenbuhl brings over 25 years of experience across public and private companies. He most recently served as CFO of Ministry Brands, a SaaS technology company, since November 2022. Previously, he held senior roles at Xplor Technologies and ADP, following 11 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He succeeds Lee Westerfield, who will continue in a consulting role to ensure a smooth transition. CEO Donald Trigg said Greyenbuhl's appointment completes the team needed to execute the company's "Reset, Recover, Reignite" plan.
Veradigm has launched a patient-reported outcomes survey solution that integrates patient feedback directly into real-world evidence generation for life sciences organisations. Built on the company's FollowMyHealth platform, the capability enables patients to securely share their treatment experiences through authenticated accounts. The solution combines clinical data from Veradigm's network of independent practices with direct patient input, providing insights into symptom burden, treatment adherence and quality of life. Features include targeted patient outreach, integrated consent processes and privacy protections. Veradigm validated the approach through a 2025 study demonstrating the feasibility of collecting patient-reported outcomes and linking them with real-world data. The company serves over 20,000 provider practices across the United States.
Veradigm rolls out powerful new enhancements to Ambient Scribe platform. Veradigm has introduced upgraded capabilities for its AI-enabled Ambient Scribe solution within the Veradigm EHR, highlighting its efforts to improve documentation processes and clinical workflows. The tool, which records patient-provider interactions and produces structured notes within the electronic record, now incorporates automated diagnosis code suggestions, multilingual conversation capture with English documentation output, and real-time clinical insight prompts tailored to practice protocols. These enhancements aim to streamline decision-making and improve the precision of recorded assessments. Reflecting on everyday use, Andrew Norris, MD, of Horizon Family Medicine, stated, "After six months of consistent use, I can confidently say that Veradigm Ambient Scribe has significantly improved my documentation quality and efficiency." The expanded features will be introduced through a phased rollout, without requiring additional system upgrades. Veradigm said the staged release is designed to help clinicians adopt the new functions smoothly and increase workflow efficiency across practices. Commenting on the broader vision, Tehsin Syed, Chief Product & Technology Officer at Veradigm, said, "By embedding structured diagnosis code recommendations, multilingual support, and decision insights support directly into the workflow, we're helping providers deliver more personalized, efficient, and impactful care."
According to reports, Veradigm experienced a security breach that resulted in the exposure of files containing personal and medical data.
Amid ongoing leadership changes and a history of financial difficulties, Veradigm has appointed a new chief executive officer, Don Trigg.
