Requirements
  • A BA/BS degree in IT, Business Management, Informatics, or a related field is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in physical security systems and security software is required.
  • Knowledge and experience in physical security convergence with IT security applications and practices is required or strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in system design, networking fundamentals, cybersecurity principles, current physical security hardware and software, and artificial intelligence implementation is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Define and socialize the global security-technology roadmap, standards, and policies, including an artificial-intelligence and analytics framework covering data architecture, model lifecycle management, and responsible-artificial-intelligence guidelines.
  • Lead deployments of artificial-intelligence-enabled video analytics, behavior recognition, and predictive-maintenance solutions and integrate them with existing access-control and closed-circuit television platforms.
  • Champion automation, data-driven key performance indicators, and process improvement to enhance performance, governance, and compliance.
  • Lead enterprise implementations, upgrades, and integrations of access control, closed-circuit television, alarms, and other converged systems in partnership with IT, Human Resources, Corporate Real Estate, and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee day-to-day system health, incident response, and global emergency support for security technologies, including the health of analytics pipelines and machine-learning models through continuous training, drift detection, and accuracy monitoring.
  • Direct diagnosis, software programming, and corrective actions to maintain optimal uptime.
  • Oversee multiple security databases and extract and analyze data to create dashboards and executive reports that inform risk decisions and budget planning.
  • Lead annual audits of access-control environments and produce evidence for investigations.
  • Build and manage capital and operating budgets for security technology.
  • Align spending with strategic priorities and track synergy capture.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective, future-proof solutions.
  • Provide strategic leadership, direction, and hands-on expertise for physical security technologies and related programs across the enterprise.
  • Guide the security-technology lifecycle from strategy and design through implementation, sustainment, metrics, and continuous improvement.
Desired Qualifications
  • Professional Security Professional, Network+, A+, Security+, Security Systems, or IT and artificial-intelligence-related certifications are strongly preferred.
  • A preferred MA/MS degree in IT, Business Management, Informatics, or a related field.
  • Experience with physical security convergence, IT security applications and practices, system design, networking fundamentals, cybersecurity principles, current physical security hardware and software, and artificial-intelligence implementation is strongly preferred.
