Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 7 years of experience working with major-city or enterprise-level customers.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships and technical projects.
  • Understanding of software as a service, cloud providers and solutions, virtualization, and storage.

Responsibilities
  • Own the day-to-day relationship with a key customer and build a long-term strategic partnership.
  • Provide best practices and technical expertise to help customer stakeholders achieve their operational goals using Axon products.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to provide insight into customer needs and challenges and help influence internal product roadmaps and projects.
  • Achieve mastery of Axon technologies and products, specifically Fusus, body cameras, and Draft One.
  • Lead business and technical presentations, demonstrations, and conversations with vice-president-level audiences.
  • Independently prioritize and execute project tasks in a methodical and disciplined manner.
  • Manage customer expectations and keep customers satisfied while maintaining realistic expectations.
  • Provide up to tier-2 technical support.
  • Manage the core deployment plan, engaging third-party integrators and the client.
  • Remove obstacles through creativity and adaptation to changing circumstances.
  • Develop relationships with key partners across Axon to solve problems and successfully deploy Axon products.
  • Improve or develop technical documentation to clarify product and service usage.
  • Communicate customer feedback across teams and divisions to drive product development and improvement.
  • Maintain customer confidence, especially in high-pressure situations.
