Requirements
  • A Bachelor of Science degree is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in medical communications, with a strong focus on publications and client service.
  • Experience with iEnvision.
  • Experience supporting multiple accounts and contributing to financial and operational goals.
  • A strong understanding of healthcare communications, publications planning, and the drug development process.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and digital collaboration tools.
Responsibilities
  • Lead account delivery by overseeing day-to-day account activity and helping ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and aligned to strategy.
  • Support financial performance by contributing to proposals, budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting while helping maintain account profitability.
  • Build client relationships by serving as a trusted partner, anticipating needs, and translating complex science into clear, compelling communications.
  • Support and develop the team by coaching and mentoring client services colleagues and encouraging collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with Scientific Services, Meetings, and Creative/Digital teams to deliver integrated medical education initiatives.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts and prospective partnerships.
  • Maintain an understanding of the healthcare communications landscape, compliance standards, and best practices.
  • Uphold scientific rigor, innovative thinking, and exceptional client service.
