The Implementation Project Lead (UK) role will support the Client Advisory Services (CAS) Onboarding Team with all aspects of product implementations and implementation team oversight and support. This entails learning about the AuditBoard software and implementation methodology and combining that knowledge with your background in compliance and risk management to converse and elicit requirements from compliance teams.

We are looking for a positive, self-motivated professional with experience in project management to implement AuditBoard’s software. The Implementation Project Lead (UK) will also be responsible for effectively managing all aspects of AuditBoard’s implementations from sales handoff to system go-live.

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop a deep knowledge of our product, and help customers through the implementation lifecycle from kickoff, through design and user acceptance testing.
• Be the project manager for small, medium, and large AuditBoard implementation projects.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for customers, focusing on best practices and recommendations 
• Maintain project status and manage client and internal resources to complete project deliverables.  
• Able to gather and interpret customer requirements and configure the AuditBoard solution to meet their needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to build and expand AuditBoard’s presence in the EMEA market.

Attributes for a Successful Candidate

• 3+ years of experience in a professional services firm as a Project manager, and/ or experience as an Internal or External Auditor.
• Experience in Risk Management and/or Compliance or associated fields is preferred 
  • Internal audit, external audit, ICFR, or SOX experience will also be considered.
• Strong knowledge or interest in learning the application of information security frameworks and industry standards, such as ISO/IEC 27000 series, NIST CSF, and GDPR, among others relevant to the AuditBoard platform
• Outgoing personality and the ability to build strong and fast relationships with clients
• Have a start-up mindset and have the ability to adapt quickly to ever-changing processes and business environments 
• Implementations are conducted virtually, and strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to connect at all levels of the organization using diplomatic communication, influence, and negotiation skills.
• Able to run virtual meetings effectively and present topics and drive agenda in front of clients and internal team.
• Ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage own workload with limited oversight 
• Understands and thrives in a fast-paced environment and ability to prioritize work accordingly
• Intermediate to expert Excel skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
