Chapter Aesthetic Studio is seeking a skilled and motivated Esthetician to join our clinical provider team. In this high-impact, guest-focused role, you’ll deliver personalized aesthetic care while traveling to support multiple studios across your assigned region.

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $20 /hour, based on experience and eligible for monthly incentives

Location: Fargo, ND

What You’ll Do:

• Perform a range of medical aesthetic treatments including:
  microneedling, laser resurfacing, LHR, and more
• Deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences across locations
• Support sales consultations and educate guests on memberships and treatments
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established protocols
• Uphold cleanliness and compliance standards in all treatment environments
• Collaborate with studio teams to drive performance metrics such as revenue, rebooking, and retention

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Esthetician license in the state of ND
• 1–3 years of experience in medical aesthetics OR formal aesthetics training preferred
• Flexible and willing to travel regularly within assigned markets
• Personable, confident, and professional demeanor
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Comfort using EMR platforms and treatment technology
• Self-motivated and adaptable with a strong sense of clinical responsibility
