Requirements
  • Experience in operations or project management in business and management settings, including resource allocation, leadership techniques, and coordination of people and resources.
  • Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office database programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Fluency in English with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to complete multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • A bachelor's or associate's degree, or equivalent, in a business-related field is preferred.
  • Experience with OCONUS U.S. military organizations and installations is preferred.
  • Knowledge of U.S. government contracting is preferred.
  • U.S. military experience, such as military retirement while living in Germany with EU-wide U.S. installation access, is preferred.
  • Experience managing medical Department of Defense contracts is desired.
  • The position is not eligible for support under NATO Status of Forces Agreement supplemental agreement Articles 72 or 73.
Responsibilities
  • Support all Health Care Task Orders and the personnel assigned to them.
  • Monitor and supervise Health Care Task Order contracts to ensure deliverables and contractual objectives are met.
  • Manage contract activities, including quality control, recruiting, hiring, relocation assistance, onboarding, offboarding, and contracting personnel management.
  • Ensure employees comply with contractual regulations and procedures.
  • Assist the Business Development team in shaping future contract opportunities, identifying networking leads, and strengthening the company brand.
  • Manage all aspects of contract management.
  • Manage potential employee security and background checks and credentialing.
  • Interview candidates, make selections, provide salary recommendations, and assist with onboarding and in-processing.
  • Oversee timekeeping and absence requests.
  • Provide quality control assurance.
  • Support employee care and recognition.
  • Coordinate backfills.
  • Assist with invoicing.
  • Monitor expenses.
  • Order, maintain, and inventory equipment as required.
  • Supervise Project Officers, teams, and/or Site Leads as directed.
  • Interface with Contracting Officer's Representatives as directed.
  • Handle safety aspects.
  • Assist with Business Development by providing input for technical volumes.
