- Leading …data solutions for healthcare analytic solutions for HIS products and customers. Working on an agile team of engineers and builders.
- Implementing …published data assets, data processing pipelines, and reporting solutions.
- Determining …the design, coding, and delivery of 3M HIS products and customer solutions.
- Supporting …3M HIS product development for customers across the US and the globe. Working closely with other teams to deliver our data driven products.

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND a minimum of (5) years of experience in Software Development
- High School Diploma/GED from AND a minimum of (9) years of experience in Software Development
- (3+) years Software Development in the Cloud
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- (2+) years Data Product Development Experience
- (2+) years Data Engineering Experience
- (2+) years working in an agile development environment
- Healthcare data analysis: FHIR, HL7/ X12 Claims and Clinical Data
- (1+) years Amazon Quicksight Development for Enterprise solutions
- (2+) years developing with Amazon Web Services data products
- Skills include… Product planning, requirements gathering, documenting voice of customer, strong teamwork
