Engineer III

What you will be doing...

• Responsible for conceiving, specifying, designing, programming, documenting, testing, and bug fixing involved in creating and maintaining software components.
• Performs hands-on coding work on projects to introduce new modular, reusable Service/API or enhancing the existing ones.
• Analyzes requirements and determines the design of the software systems and services that best meets the needs of the business.
• Supports in the structure, design, and document software systems and services, utilizing the necessary programming languages.
• Develop the initial design and testing framework to ensure the software meets the requirements of the business and functions accordingly.
• Resolves issues that occur within the programming or other components of the software.
• Modify existing software to correct errors, to adapt it to new hardware, or to upgrade interfaces and improve performance.
• Provide updates to the business and internal teams on project status, proposals, or technical issues.

What we are looking for…

This role is responsible for integration, system and UAT testing and certification; Develop test scripts, test cases, automate scenarios, collaborate with users, ensure test data set up and environment/tools. execute test scripts, open/track defects, participate in CI/CD, code deploy, production shakeout and post production fallouts

You'll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more yeard od relevant experience in testing and automation.
• Experience in UI testing and automation.
• Develop automation frameworks based on use cases.
• Jira and agile/ scrum methodologies process
• Familiar with CI/ CD one pipeline integration 
• Selenium (Java based), Jenkins, GIT repository expertise
• Rest API testing using postman
• Python programming
• Understand code coverage tool reports and device test strategies accordingly.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a team environment.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with performance testing and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
