Responsibilities
  • Recruit, hire, train, and ramp up a team of branch-level sales leads
  • Coach team in developing consultative and solution-based skills
  • Build trust through accountability and collaborative/consultative skills development
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Regional Managers, Branch Managers, and sales individuals
  • Monitor and refine sales lead processes, metrics, reporting, and tools
  • Provide competitor information and insights related to strategy and product
  • Provide local markets with direction backed by dashboards and analytics
