Machinify is seeking an exceptional Field CTO to join our team. In this role you will evangelize Machinify products and solutions, driving awareness and adoption of our offerings through strategic engagement with customers. As a trusted technical advisor you will play a crucial role leading our customers’ digital transformation journey.
Key responsibilities:
Partner with customers to develop AI transformation roadmaps and execute against them.
Own customer onboarding, technical integration and strategy to enable successful, high-velocity value delivery.
Develop strong relationships with key customers and prospects, understanding their business challenges, objectives, and technical requirements
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, identifying opportunities for improvement and defining technical pathways to success.
Articulate Machinify’s value proposition in a clear and engaging manner, helping customers make informed decisions about their technology investments
Gather feedback from customers and provide input into the development of new products or services to ensure they align with market needs and technological trends
Collaborate with sales and account teams to recommend solutions and provide strategic guidance throughout the sales cycle
Act as an industry thought leader by writing articles, giving presentations and representing the company in public forums
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to inform product development and effectively position our solutions to customers.
Serve as a bridge between the engineering and business teams, helping prioritize development efforts
What you bring:
Proven track record of success in technical evangelism or product advocacy roles
8-10+ years of experience in customer facing roles understanding customers’ business and technical requirements, building, consulting or implementing technology
Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical concepts into business value propositions
Healthcare industry experience is highly preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to travel to customer sites, industry events and other related events as required
