How you will make contributions that matter

Join Saputo Dairy Australia as Quality Assurance Supervisor at our Allansford production site. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our dairy products. You will oversee quality control processes and work closely with production teams to maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Investigate all areas of non-conformance and recommend appropriate corrective actions based on customer, accreditation, and regulatory audits for both internal and external. 
• Maintain the HACCP plan, Quality SOPs, test instructions, sampling protocols, CCPs, and QCPs. 
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues. 
• Offer technical expertise to support continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality team and across the organization. 
• Provide training and guidance to staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Foster effective communication and strong working relationships with other departments and key stakeholders.

About you

• Tertiary qualifications in Food Science or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in the dairy industry, with familiarity of infant product categories, is preferred.
• Sound knowledge of Quality and Food Safety Management Systems.
• Leadership experience and the ability to engage and motivate the team.
• Excellent report writing skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Highly organised & attention to detail.
