Requirements
  • 4+ years of work experience with 2+ years of project management experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
  • Experience in working cross-functionally with stakeholders from supply chain operations, product, and/or packaging in consulting, engineering, and/or consumer retail industries
  • Experience in waterfall and/or agile project management methodologies
  • Proven track record of handling the full project lifecycle for multiple concurrent projects
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end execution of high complexity projects with high impact within HelloFresh Canada
  • Support the development of project proposal, charters, plans, schedules, resource plans, business plans, and performance metrics
  • Understand and solve complex problems that stretch over multiple parts of the business
  • Analyze and present data in order to provide solid recommendations for the project to the senior leadership team
  • Develop and maintain systems for the tracking and reporting of project and portfolio progress and outcomes for the SPMO, key project sponsors, and senior leadership
  • Plan and facilitate workshops and key stakeholder meetings to further the education and understanding of portfolio and project management, as well as for the successful delivery of strategic projects or other business initiatives
Desired Qualifications
  • PMP certification
  • Experience with problem-solving methodologies (e.g. lean six sigma, process improvement, data analysis, issue tree analysis, A/B testing, data modeling)
