  • Conduct extensive research on non-bank financial institutions (NBFIs) and lead the sales process with industry-leading insights
  • Work closely with implementation, client success, support, and product teams to ensure optimal product execution and an exceptional customer experience
  • Attend and represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events, positioning Built as a market leader
  • Utilize CRM tools to analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
  • Collaborate with senior sales leadership and the marketing team to create and implement strategies that align with company objectives
  • Mentor your team to continuously improve execution and grow their skill sets, ensuring they deliver world-class performance
  • Quickly ramp up on Built’s solutions to effectively support your team in establishing trust and credibility with executives at target accounts
  • Encourage team members to pursue personal and professional development related to sales techniques, strategies, and industry trends
  • Lead your team in dynamically adjusting approaches to meet evolving customer and market needs
  • Act as a bridge between your team and internal departments, ensuring alignment and smooth communication
