Requirements
  • Demonstrated success closing deals and managing a structured sales pipeline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in business-to-business software-as-a-service sales, ideally serving small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting and lead generation.
  • Experience using customer relationship management systems; HubSpot is preferred.
  • Italian language proficiency at C1/C2 level and strong English skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-changing environments.
  • A self-starter mindset with ownership, structure, and reliability.
Responsibilities
  • Convert leads into paying customers through qualification, tailored demonstrations, and consistent follow-up.
  • Own customers across the full lifecycle, including onboarding and activation support to prevent early churn and create customer value.
  • Execute daily sales activities while maintaining accurate customer relationship management records and transparent documentation.
  • Collaborate with the team on localization, customer communication, and structured feedback loops.
  • Provide weekly reporting on lead flow, performance metrics, and customer insights.
  • Support outbound experiments, including targeted outreach and event-based campaigns, and share learnings with headquarters and the local team.
  • Contribute to optimizing the sales process and improving its structure and efficiency.
  • Help prepare and refine the sales playbook and market learnings with the Country Lead.

It lets users store measurements, calculate labor costs, and find competitive prices, supporting both individual price items and total sums. The software is mobile-friendly, enabling quote creation on a tablet, and it supports team collaboration with simultaneous editing of quotes and invoices, project tracking, time recording, and easy access to work instructions. Photos and comments can be uploaded to projects and automatically appear in the office for billing. Being cloud-based, it requires no installation, and updates are free and automatic through Craftsman Cloud. Additional features include generating letterheads, importing contacts and positions, and accessing shared documents.
