Requirements
  • At least 8 years of experience with learning management systems or human resources systems.
  • Experience with LMS strategy and compliance reporting.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience providing functional or technical support for SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System.
  • Ability to support course creation, course tracking, compliance reporting, and system administration.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office business tools, including Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio.
  • Ability to work as a United States citizen in support of federal clients.
Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier II technical support as an on-site administrator and subject matter expert for the SAP cloud-based learning management application.
  • Perform help desk statistics and issue tracking.
  • Support course creation, tracking, compliance reporting, and system administration.
  • Provide course administration, compliance tracking, and e-learning solutions.
  • Guide the LMS function, optimize the LMS, and ensure user adoption.
  • Lead LMS functional strategy, compliance tracking, and user adoption.
  • Support planning and execution for LMS administration support.
  • Coordinate stakeholders and deliver technical or functional outputs for compliant, scalable, and measurable mission support.
  • Deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation.
  • Enhance data-driven decision-making using role-based advanced analytics and business intelligence.
  • Support regulatory compliance and federal human capital management policies.
  • Facilitate integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools.
  • Optimize service delivery through performance-based outcomes and service-level agreements.
  • Establish, manage, pursue, and achieve annual goals and objectives aligned with the firm's global competencies.
  • Support business development and other efforts on behalf of the company.
Desired Qualifications
  • A bachelor's or master's degree.
  • Government and public services sector experience.
  • Experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System administrator or subject matter expert.
  • SAP Certified Silver or above partner experience.
