JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a LMS Functional Lead / SME [Business Analytics Support: HR Technology Ecosystem, And Enterprise-Wide Decision-Making Capabilities Enhancement] in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on HC | Human Capital Solutions for clients such as National Science Foundation (NSF | OCHCO / OCIO) | Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO) / Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Generally Located In Alexandria, VA (Hybrid) and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World) Working Hybrid On/Off Client Site.

Deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation; enhance data-driven decision-making using role-based advanced analytics and business intelligence; support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital management policies; facilitate seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools; optimize service delivery through performance-based outcomes and SLAs.

SAP NS2 SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) Administration Support: Provide Tier II technical support (SAP Certified Silver or above partner) as on-site Administrator and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the SAP cloud-based learning management application, and perform other duties normally assigned (i.e., Help Desk Statistics, Issue tracking, etc.). Support course creation, tracking, compliance reporting, and system administration.  Course administration, compliance tracking, and e-learning solutions.

Qualifications
