Core Areas of Impact

As our Founder's Associate, you will work directly with the founders to shape and execute key strategic initiatives, support day-to-day operations, and drive our company's growth. This dynamic role will provide you with broad exposure across functions, from strategy to execution, enabling you to make a meaningful impact on the company’s success. This is a unique opportunity to:

Strategic Execution & Growth

• Collaborate with the founders to define and execute strategic priorities including preparing relevant materials

• Conduct research to inform market positioning, product development, and competitive analysis

• Identify and explore new growth opportunities, from product enhancements to partnerships

• Analyze feedback from users, partners, and stakeholders to identify opportunities for product and process improvements

• Coordinate and manage projects that align with the company’s growth and operational goals, ensuring timely delivery

• Develop and maintain key metrics to track the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and operations

Operations & Administration

• Manage operational workflows, including documentation, process improvements, and reporting

• Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling, communication, and project tracking

• Support hiring, onboarding, and team-building activities

• Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and advisors to ensure smooth operations

What We're Looking For

You're a resourceful, adaptable, and self-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment. We’re looking for someone who has the potential to be the future chief of staff of the company. You have:

Essential Background

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field

• 1-2 years of experience in consulting, venture capital, start-ups or similar roles

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on execution

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• A passion for startups, technology, and innovation

What Makes You Special

• Experience working in or with early-stage startups

• Background in machine learning, data science, or related technical fields

• Familiarity with open source, foundation models, or data science ecosystems

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects or initiatives

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills

• Interest or experience in event organization, content creation, or community building

• Exposure to fundraising, investor relations, or business development

• Offices in Freiburg, Germany - a university city at the edge of the Black Forest, Switzerland and France, and Berlin—a global tech hub and one of Europe’s most dynamic cities
