Requirements
  • The candidate must have at least two years of customer service experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • The candidate must have at least one year of experience assessing and meeting customer needs or helping with issue resolution, demonstrated through work or military experience.
  • The candidate must have at least one year of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners.
  • The candidate must be able to work a schedule that includes most Saturdays.
  • The candidate must obtain and maintain Financial Industry Regulatory Authority Series 6 and Series 63 licenses, or recognized equivalents, and the Securities Industry Essentials examination when applicable.
  • The candidate must attempt the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority Series 65 examination, or equivalent, within the specified timeframe when required by the hiring state.
  • The candidate must meet enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards.
  • The candidate must complete required SAFE registration and meet applicable Loan Originator and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau requirements, including financial responsibility, character, fitness, and criminal background standards.
  • The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities
  • The Relationship Banker proactively acquires, manages, and grows a portfolio of consumer and business customer relationships.
  • The Relationship Banker leads discovery-driven conversations to understand customer goals and delivers tailored banking and credit strategies across deposits, lending, and investments.
  • The Relationship Banker partners with professionals across Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking by coordinating warm introductions, setting clear expectations, and taking ownership of converting qualified opportunities into closed outcomes.
  • The Relationship Banker champions digital adoption by educating customers on self-service and mobile banking options.
  • The Relationship Banker resolves account inquiries and service requests within authorized limits, documents actions, and sets follow-up plans.
  • The Relationship Banker demonstrates risk excellence through accurate documentation, sound judgment, timely issue escalation, and adherence to policies and regulations.
  • The employee initially performs the temporary license-pending role and transitions to the Relationship Banker SAFE role after successfully completing licensing and SAFE requirements.

  • The candidate should have successfully completed Financial Industry Regulatory Authority Series 6 and Series 63 examinations, or Financial Industry Regulatory Authority-recognized equivalents, sufficient to qualify for immediate Financial Industry Regulatory Authority registration.
  • The candidate should hold state insurance license(s).

Swift Current Energy secures $750M credit facility to accelerate US clean energy development

Swift Current Energy has secured a $750 million corporate credit facility, with an option to expand by $250 million to reach $1 billion in total capacity. The facility will support the development of clean energy projects across the United States. Crédit Agricole CIB served as administrative agent and coordinating lead arranger alongside ING Capital and Truist Securities. The dual-tranche facility has a three-year term and provides flexible access to cash and letter of credit capacity. Since its founding in 2016, Swift Current has commercialised 5 gigawatts of clean energy projects, owns and operates more than 1 gigawatt, and has over 10 gigawatts in development. Chief executive officer Michael Arndt said the financing provides flexibility to advance the company's platform and bring new energy resources online efficiently.

Charles Schwab completes $2.6B debt offering with fixed-to-floating rate senior notes

Charles Schwab Corporation has completed a $2.6 billion debt offering, issuing two tranches of fixed-to-floating rate senior notes. The company sold $1.25 billion of 5.108% notes due 2032 and $1.35 billion of 5.655% notes due 2037. The offering was led by BofA Securities, Citigroup Global Markets, Morgan Stanley, TD Securities and Wells Fargo Securities as joint bookrunning managers. Charles Schwab is a savings and loan holding company that provides wealth management, securities brokerage, banking, asset management and financial advisory services through its subsidiaries.
