Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products, with a strong portfolio demonstrating wireframing, prototyping, and user flow design skills.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar; understanding of design systems and component libraries; familiarity with HTML/CSS (basic knowledge).
  • Strong visual design sensibilities with attention to typography, layout, color theory, and accessibility standards; ability to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
  • Advanced skills in creating interactive prototypes that effectively communicate user flows and interactions.
  • Experience with modern design workflows and methodologies; understanding of product development lifecycles.
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, user-friendly designs; strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders at various technical levels.
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders; ability to incorporate feedback constructively.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and adapting to changing requirements while maintaining design integrity.
Responsibilities
  • Create detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate intended user experiences and interactions.
  • Develop comprehensive user flows and information architecture that align with business requirements and technical constraints.
  • Transform business requirements and user stories into concrete design solutions that meet both user needs and business objectives.
  • Contribute to, maintain, and ensure adherence to our design system, creating consistent user experiences across products.
  • Prepare detailed design specifications and assets for development teams, ensuring accurate implementation of designs.
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements, provide design solutions, and iterate based on feedback.
  • Create intuitive, engaging interactions that enhance user experience while supporting core functionality.
  • Continuously improve designs through iteration based on user feedback, analytics, and business needs.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of design decisions, patterns, and guidelines to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.
  • Help refine and advocate for design standards and best practices across the organization.
