Requirements
  • Must be detail oriented, highly organized and self-starting with a broad skill.
  • Candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility in their work environment, and experience in: managing meeting minutes, file management,
  • Must be able to build briefing charts (Power Point), reports (Word), spreadsheets (Excel) and work collaboratively and independently.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Should be able to identify and initiate tasks independently by tracking schedules, travel, and important dates.
  • Bachelors degree and 4+ years of experience. Years of experience maybe substituted in lieu of a degree.
Responsibilities
  • Provide executive and operations support to the SHIELD International Programs FMS and Future Ops.
  • Support various clerical, resource, training and administrative tasks, to include Army correspondence review and editing.
  • Manage multiple tasks with competing priority levels.
  • Create travel arrangements and reconcile vouchers in the Defense Travel System
  • Resource and schedule management, and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence and routing.
