Requirements
  • 10+ years in product management, pricing, data analytics, risk, or similar function (Financial Services / Credit Card industry preferred)
  • Ability to engage with diverse internal stakeholders (e.g., business leaders, oversight functions, etc.) and manage through influence
  • Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and application to existing Cards and pricing processes
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to derive actionable business insights from data analysis
  • Highly proficient in SAS, SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Understands Credit Card products and economics, P&L drivers, and market dynamics
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to work in a matrixed environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation skills to senior audience members
  • Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple, complex projects at once with minimal guidance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive pricing strategy recommendations based on in-depth customer insights (both quantitative and qualitative), sound financial impact forecasting and thorough understanding of competitive landscape and regulatory environment
  • Prepare and present pricing strategy recommendations to leadership and collaborate cross functionally to drive business decisions
  • Update senior leaders on progress and influence the organization to support the pricing agenda
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive strategy forward, setting milestones and measuring success
  • Evaluate new initiatives by developing financial sizings, weighing risk / reward tradeoffs, assessing customer impact, and various other key factors
  • Retrieve data and conduct data driven analytics using various analytical tools, software, and techniques
  • Understand regulatory implications associated with pricing policy and develop mitigation / opportunity strategies
  • Communicate clearly and effectively to business partners and senior leaders
