What You'll Do
Build relationships with prospective and existing clients
Recommend personalized Auto, Home, Life, and Business insurance solutions
Generate new business through lead follow-up, referrals, and networking
Manage your sales pipeline using our CRM
Deliver outstanding customer service while growing your book of business
Work toward individual and agency sales goals

We're Looking For Someone Who...
Is motivated by goals and performance
Enjoys talking with people and building relationships
Has sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred, not required)
Is coachable, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Is willing to obtain or currently holds a Property & Casualty Insurance License
