The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing Oracle support engagements and implementations, handling escalations, and driving delivery excellence with urgency, precision, and strong stakeholder management. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage Oracle Cloud/ERP support programs with a focus on SLA adherence, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction. • Act as the primary onsite point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring proactive communication and rapid response to escalations. • Oversee ticket lifecycle management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Coordinate with offshore and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of support and enhancement requests. • Drive governance, reporting, and cadence meetings with internal and client leadership. • Support implementation activities including requirement gathering, planning, and cutover coordination as needed. • Ensure compliance with client processes, audit requirements, and change management protocols. • Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delivery disruptions. ________________________________________
