Responsibilities

• -Send email reminders to StartEngine Secure customers to complete their Form CAR links.
• -Follow up with issuers via phone calls with those who are unresponsive to complete their Form C-AR links.
• -Send up to three general reminders to non-Secure customers that they can use our StartEngine services or pay the one-time fee to file the C-AR.
• -Scan submitted Form CAR links to ensure that the correct financials are uploaded. If not, reach out to issuers to obtain the right financials.
• -File the Form CAR with the SEC.
• -File C-TR filings for issuers who qualify.
• -Maintain the Form CAR sheet updated when we file or any notes on issuers.
• -Audit our list of Closed companies to see if any issuers have gone out of business.
• -Reach out to Issuers who have gone out of business to file their C-TR and send appropriate communication to investors.

Requirements

• -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field preferred
• -Experience working in regulatory compliance or financial services preferred.
• -Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• -Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• -Familiarity with SEC regulations and filings preferred.
• -Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
