  • Identify path of least resistance when completing new projects.
  • Own accountability for the actions of the team and enforce technical or safety standards.
  • Demonstrate a selfless approach to helping others succeed.
  • Manage performance review cycles and build technical acumen amongst the team.
  • Perform technical tasks such as electrical installation or troubleshooting, hydraulic diagnostics, fluid system fabrication, lifting and rigging, welding, and machine operation.
  • Interface with and operate test equipment while following test procedures.
  • Have knowledge of and frequent interaction with online communication, reporting, file management or design tools.
  • Rally effort amongst the team to meet project goals.
