Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with eCommerce strategists to advise and propose the most appropriate solutions to clients
  • Maintain and develop the relationship of trust with customers
  • Ensure that budgets are respected
  • Build and maintain schedules and work plans
  • Facilitate synergy between the members of the various teams involved
  • Manage several projects and teams at the same time
  • Communicate clearly and effectively the progress of a project to internal and clients
  • Communicate to clients the changes that may occur during project development
  • Support teams in the creation, refinement and maintenance of tasks in the task management platform (JIRA)

  • 2 to 5 years' experience
  • PMP, Scrum or other certification (asset)
