Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related professional qualification.
  • 15+ plus years of manufacturing operations leadership experience.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee all plant operations and related activities throughout the business including the development, deployment, and leadership of a focused strategy consistent with the business priorities.
  • Drive a safety culture, and support the creation of health and well-being activities for all employees.
  • Drive operational and supply chain synergies and efficiencies across both sites and all business locations.
  • Develop and manage operations-related plans, budgets, policies and procedures consistent with driving value and high performance.
  • Enhance employee engagement gaining the best of what our employees have to offer.
  • Establish strong processes in support of achieving operational metrics of safety, cost, quality, delivery, and productivity.
  • Actively create a learning organization with strong problem-solving skills and confidence to lead and to perform.
  • Actively participate in strategy formulation and implementation as a member of the business unit leadership team.
  • Lead strong internal control process and maintain full compliance with business and government regulations.
  • Set high standards for performance by which the team is driven and motivated to deliver.
  • Drive rapid, significant and sustainable improvement in on-time delivery, lead time and cost reduction.
  • Provide the leadership necessary for the development of SIOP and long range plans as well as the execution of 5-year operations strategy.
  • Lead regular KPI reviews with the operational and business function leaders.
  • Coach and mentor team toward cultural integration and business transformation objectives.
  • Oversee coordination of the manufacturing function with sales, marketing, design engineering, and other functional organizations.
  • Continually benchmark best practices and drive use of such across manufacturing and supply chain function.
  • Actively engage in and support all associated M&A activities, including strategic fit, due diligence and integration initiatives, to ultimately meet or exceed business case expectations.
