Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for a minimum of 8 hours or as needed.
  • Ability to exert well-paced and frequent mobility for periods of up to 8 hours or as needed.

  • Ability to recognize intoxicated guests, refuse to overserve guests, and seek management assistance when needed.
  • Knowledge of the restaurant and menu sufficient to answer guest questions.
  • Ability to follow all steps of service.

  • Compliance with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures.
  • Successful completion of alcohol awareness training.

Responsibilities
  • Bring water to each table when guests are seated and refill it as needed.
  • Clear plates and silverware after appetizers and restock tables with new plates and silverware after each course as needed or requested.
  • Assist the Server throughout the meal to ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Take bus bins to the dish station frequently and unload them in an organized and sanitary manner for the dishwasher.
  • Restock plates and glassware at Server stations throughout the shift.
  • Clean, sanitize, and restock each table after the guest's meal.
  • Clean and sweep booths, chairs, and floors after each guest's meal.
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves, and storage areas.
  • Restock ice bins frequently throughout the shift.
  • Assist with restocking and replenishing restaurant inventory and supplies.
  • Run food to tables using seat numbers.
  • Assist with light kitchen functions, including folding pizza boxes and stocking service utensils such as spatulas, tongs, and spoons.
  • Fill in as needed to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.
  • Comply with health and food safety standards while restocking items and cleaning.
  • Provide guest service and follow restaurant policies and guest standards.
