  • Masters with 2+ years experience OR BA/BS with 5-7+ years of experience in the Life Sciences Field OR Associates Degree / High School with 10+ years/9+ years of experience in the Life Sciences Field
  • Experience leading Pharmaceutical facilities and laboratory operations
  • Experience managing purchasing and general supply of laboratory supplies and reagents, working with cross-functional groups to track orders, reconcile orders, invoices, and receipt confirmations
  • Experience overseeing MSA/MTA/SOW processes for laboratory services and laboratory materials
  • Experience leading and tracking capital equipment purchases and installations for the Quality Labs and Research Department in collaboration with the leadership team, finance, and facilities

  • Experience overseeing and maintaining facility policies and procedures for equipment maintenance, laboratory cleanliness and organization, and Environmental Health and Safety requirements

Responsibilities
  • Working closely with scientific staff to evaluate the maintain laboratory equipment operations, coordinate facility activities, waste pickups, hosting regular operations updates and supporting new employee on-boarding
  • Managing on-site and offsite
  • Developing sourcing strategies with numerous vendors including daily lab consumables, production to service consumables, & general materials for non-clinical operations
  • Ability to negotiate software and equipment service contracts with regard to quality and cost
  • Managing facilities group inclusive of building maintenance and upkeep
  • Managing shipping/receiving, sample intake and
  • Managing equipment procurement, qualification, periodic maintenance and
  • Coordinating pickup of hazardous waste from the site
  • Coordinating and working with supply centers & lead department purchasing
  • Performing regular inventory counts with the ability to progress technology within this
  • Collaborating with key partners such as Environmental Health Services, Quality Labs, Purchasing
  • Familiar with IT data software solutions for lab operations as well as ERP
  • Providing operational support to senior leadership staff and work directly on continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Authoring and review of SOPs, memos, reports, deviations and change controls

Coherus Oncology has reported strong revenue growth for 2025, with its drug LOQTORZI achieving net revenue of $40.8 million, a 113% increase from $19.1 million in 2024. Fourth-quarter revenue reached $12.4 million, marking an 11% growth over the third quarter. The company significantly improved its financial position by reducing debt by over 90%, from $480 million to $38.8 million by year-end 2025. This resulted in interest cost savings of over $15 million. The firm also cut headcount by 35% and reduced selling, general and administrative expenses to $23.6 million in Q4 from $29.6 million the previous year. Coherus Oncology has reduced its debt by approximately 90%, cutting it from $480 million to $3.7 million in senior secured debt, whilst adding $250 million to its balance sheet through biosimilar asset divestitures following its 2023 Surface Oncology acquisition. The company reported accelerating sales of LOQTORZI, its PD-1 therapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma, with 2025 sales doubling from 2024's $19 million. Management expects quarterly sales to reach $15 million to $16 million in 2026, covering the commercial team's costs, and projects a long-term run rate of roughly $175 million annually by 2028. Coherus aims to achieve cash-flow breakeven, excluding clinical trial costs, when quarterly sales exceed $30 million. The company has scheduled clinical data readouts for two pipeline assets in 2026.

Coherus Oncology has priced an underwritten public offering of 28.6 million shares of common stock at $1.75 per share.
