  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related clinical field
  • Licensure or eligibility for licensure in your U.S. state (preferred but not required)
  • Experience or strong interest in crisis intervention and risk assessment
  • Ability to work confidently with diverse populations and complex, high-risk situations
  • Proficiency with digital tools and clinical documentation systems
  • Calm, sound clinical judgment under pressure
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
  • Deliver real-time support and clinical intervention via phone or chat
  • Manage a wide variety of concerns including suicide risk, substance use, and child welfare
  • Empower clients using solution-focused strategies
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop collaborative safety plans
  • Refer clients to appropriate internal or external resources as needed
  • Accurately document and escalate urgent concerns when appropriate
  • Support first-call resolution whenever within scope

TELUS Launches $1.6 Billion Junior Subordinated Note Offering

TELUS has announced the pricing of $1.6 billion in fixed-to-fixed rate junior subordinated notes through a syndicate of agents. These notes, issued in two series with a 30.25-year maturity, are intended to help the company repay outstanding debts and support general corporate purposes. The Series CAR notes have an initial yield of 6.25% and the Series CAS notes have an initial yield of 6.75%, with both series having mechanisms to reset interest rates every five years. The issuance of these notes is expected to enhance TELUS’s financial flexibility and strengthen its market position.
