  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns that drive engagement and business results.
  • Implement and uphold best practices for creative and copy processes, ensuring high-quality outputs that align with strategic objectives.

One obstacle to American Express Global Business Travel's acquisition of CWT appears to be clearing, as the United Kingdom's Competition and Markets Authority has reversed its position that the merger would weaken competition.In a supplementary interim report of its investigation of the $570 million mega-TMC merger published on Tuesday, the CMA said its further analysis and review of evidence submitted by Amex GBT and CWT show that CWT is "a materially weaker competitor" than it had previously assessed, citing its "financial difficulties" and that "its financial position is unlikely to improve, and it potentially faces a trajectory of losing more business than it will gain.".
