Requirements
  • 10+ years of construction or project management experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the solar industry
  • Valid driver’s license

  • Expertise in building strong internal and external relationships with customers and stakeholders, instilling trust and loyalty across the industry
  • Eagerness to develop a fundamental understanding of how Nexamp operates and then apply that knowledge effectively to inform business decisions
Responsibilities
  • Develop operational policies and procedures for maximizing safety, performance, and profitability for DG scale solar & BESS projects
  • Lead problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts
  • Monitor key metrics and develop operational strategies for profitability
  • Develop a project matrix with the Project Management team
  • Forecast staffing of field personnel
  • Manage and develop training strategies
  • Manage and coordinate materials to ensure ongoing operations are equipped and staffed
  • Establish, communicate, and evaluate progress toward field goals and benchmarks
  • Resolve all issues and concerns relating to field office operations
  • Streamline all field office operational, functional, and administrative systems and ensure they comply with local laws and regulations
  • Monitor and manage field office expenses with the assigned budget
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of required field and inventory reporting
  • Participate in root cause analysis investigations and drive closure of accompanying action items
  • Promote and communicate the company's quality policies and procedures
  • Schedule and coordinate Geo-Tech and Push Pull Testing with the Design Team
  • Collaborate with EH&S to start up and maintain a safe site and healthy SWPPP
  • Monitor weekly project progress meetings
  • Develop, maintain, and review quality inspections
  • Approve and sign off on Quality milestones
  • Oversee and be responsible for the QA/QC function for all construction projects
