Requirements
  • 8+ years of demand generation / growth experience, ideally with a large chunk of this time spent at a high-growth tech company
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver and drive high-impact demand generation in a fast paced and early stage environment
  • Proven track record of overachievement in previous demand generation / growth roles
  • Self-starter with infectious enthusiasm, an out-of-the-box thinker who sees opportunities and solutions, not roadblocks, and enough confidence experience to operate without direct guidance
  • Supply Chain and/or Enterprise AI experience is a bonus (not required)
Responsibilities
  • Run high-impact ABM campaigns and deploy other best-in-class demand generation strategies to get Lyric in the door with as many of the Fortune 1,000 as possible
  • Join Lyric’s CEO, Head of GTM, and the highly experienced sales & ops teams in evangelizing in the market
  • Set the frameworks for our core demand generation strategies across the entire business and eventually build out teams to scale the strategies with the most potential.
  • Guide design of sales & marketing enablement tools and workflows (CRM, lead gen tools, outreach automation, etc.)
