Requirements
  • 4 - 6 years of financial analysis and modeling experience (investment banking, consulting, or corporate FP&A)
  • Must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills, business acumen, and attention to details
  • Must be a proactive team-player in cross-functional teams with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, work environment
  • Previous experience in e-commerce, retail and/or CPG is preferred
Responsibilities
  • Build and manage financial reporting capabilities to drive timely reporting, value-added insights, and agile reforecasting monthly and as required by business conditions.
  • Analyze every aspect of the firm’s business growth plans, including revenues, expenses, forward planning and strategic decisions.
  • Actively partner with every corporate department to ensure positive, strategic decision making, using relevant and accurate data and analytics.
  • Increase visibility to business operations, develop deep understanding of unit economics, KPIs, drivers of variance, and facilitate financial review meetings with business partners
  • Support annual budgeting process, quarterly board presentations, and financial communications to key investors and other stakeholders
  • Significant ad-hoc and special project opportunities
