Responsibilities
  • Working directly with leadership to continually build the customer support team and processes from scratch
  • Laying the groundwork for communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Managing all incoming customer support tickets via Zendesk
  • Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and retention
  • Handle customer dialogue with care, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; following up to ensure resolution
  • Taking the extra mile to engage customers and ensure overall satisfaction
