Requirements
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and productive - someone who knows how to prioritize what needs to be done and rallies colleagues to get things accomplished; roll up the sleeves type of attitude
  • Both insightful and creative, with strong problem-solving skills and pragmatic, with a practical, real-world sense of what is actually do-able
  • Highly organized and detailed-oriented with ability to work with clients having different work styles, tempos, and processes
  • Ability to work well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and bridge the communication gap between the two groups
  • Possesses an affinity for data-driven insights to make decisions, and able to harness knowledge and expertise of the best content to support the Practice
  • Ability to understand the technical architecture of data products to assess scope and drive timelines
  • Can break down problems and making decisions based on data and customer insights
  • Minimum 5 years of product management or relevant experience
  • Bachelor's Degree; concentration in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field is preferred
  • Agile methodology experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with data management products and cloud technology is preferred
Responsibilities
  • Own and manage product requirements and roadmap including creating epics and stories
  • Help create the strategy, and oversee the execution, of migrations from legacy solutions to the new solutions you launch
  • Work with User Experience during design stage and participate in direct user need gathering activities; work with Engineering and QA during development stage and participate in UAT
  • Participate in agile scrum rituals including sprint planning and daily standup
  • Be the subject matter expert of your products to educate team and/or cross functional teams
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform strategy and measure product performance across various metrics
  • Closely work with Sales, Engineering, Delivery, and Customer Support on client demo, proof of concept, contracting, onboarding, and ongoing support efforts
  • Work with product marketing and sales enablement on go-to-market strategy & tactics, collateral creation, and knowledge series
  • Support pricing, billing, and usage tracking efforts
