Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience architecting and delivering solutions on the NOW platform
  • Expertise with ITSM, ITOM and Platform capabilities such as IntegrationHub and Flow Designer
  • Fluency in modern technologies and practices (Cloud, Microservices, DevOps, SRE, etc.)
  • Familiarity with CSM, HRSD and App Engine
  • Fluency across multiple demo mediums - Portal, Workspace, Mobile, Demo Easel, etc
  • Fluency in common development tools and frameworks such as JavaScript, HTML, Angular, SQL, etc
  • Scripting experience with PowerShell, perl,bash, ssh, Python
  • Integration and automation expertise with APIs, AWS, Azure, VMware, Puppet/Chef/Ansible
  • Firm understanding of CMDB, population methods, service relationships and table structures
  • Understanding of Incident/Request/Change/Event Management processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with public speaking and presentation experience
  • A self-starter who will take the initiative to scale innovations through solution demonstrations
  • Adaptable and flexible, able to work and thrive in a highly dynamic environment with frequent “pivots”
  • A passion for creating and evangelizing innovative solutions with the NOW platform
  • A high degree of passion, energy, drive, and willingness to travel 25% of the time
  • At least one ServiceNow technical certification
  • B.S. in computer science or related field, M.S. preferred
Responsibilities
  • Consult customers on adopting latest platform innovations for Service Operations
  • Architect and demonstrate experiences with concise and powerful demonstrations that wow customers
  • Create composable demo vignettes of new experiences powered by the NOW platform
  • Collaborate with product teams to evolve roadmaps based on customer feedback
  • Drive awareness of demonstrations via internal and external content channels such as YouTube
  • Collaborate with SCs, Product Marketing and DemoHub teams to refine and evolve solution demos
  • Create enablement content to continuously share customer learnings with Sales and SC teams
