Responsibilities
  • Administering and configuring Workday, with the ability to specialize in particular modules, based on your experience and business needs.
  • Partnering with People Operations, IT, and Payroll teams to optimize system capabilities and drive automation.
  • Supporting key HR technology initiatives, including Workday Recruiting module implementation, compensation cycle improvements, enhancements in payroll and Workday integrations, and learning & talent management improvements.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency across HR systems.
  • Auditing and ensuring data integrity and security across all People technology platforms.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for Workday-related inquiries, troubleshooting system issues, and providing user support.
Desired Qualifications
  • Hold a Workday Certification in one or multiple modules, or have completed relevant Workday training units.
  • Have experience in HR operations, people analytics, or HRIS integrations.
  • Have worked in a high-growth tech environment supporting HR digital transformation.
  • Have experience with process automation and data migration projects.
