Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree
  • One year of relevant program experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint and Teams
  • Ability to follow instructions and generate and maintain written process documentation
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and adopt new technologies and processes
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a member of a team
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues and external stakeholders both verbally and in writing
Responsibilities
  • Tracking and monitoring accreditation and program processes
  • Assisting with program development
  • Providing support for GME committees and subcommittees
  • Completing ACGME survey activities
  • Reviewing program outcomes including survey results and accreditation status
  • Collaborating with GME staff at all levels and with all residency and fellowship programs
  • Preparing materials for GMEC, PC, and Chief Resident meetings
  • Following up on action items
  • Coordinating with the Accreditation Manager and Coordinators regarding roles and responsibilities
  • Communicating with committee members to ensure timely and accurate completion of documentation
Desired Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience with Graduate Medical Education
  • Familiarity with MedHub and the ACGME ADS system
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
