Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing corporate and promotional events
  • Communicate with vendors, venues, and partners to arrange logistics
  • Monitor event timelines and ensure all tasks are completed on schedule
  • Prepare and manage event materials, supplies, and inventory
  • Support onsite event operations including setup, registration, and guest support
  • Handle administrative duties such as maintaining event records and processing invoices
  • Provide post-event reports, feedback, and analysis for improvements
  • Assist with coordinating internal meetings and team-building events as needed
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
  • Familiarity with event tools/software is a plus
