Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing corporate and promotional events
Communicate with vendors, venues, and partners to arrange logistics
Monitor event timelines and ensure all tasks are completed on schedule
Prepare and manage event materials, supplies, and inventory
Support onsite event operations including setup, registration, and guest support
Handle administrative duties such as maintaining event records and processing invoices
Provide post-event reports, feedback, and analysis for improvements
Assist with coordinating internal meetings and team-building events as needed
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, or administrative support
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changes
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with event tools/software is a plus
Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
Must be available for occasional evenings or weekends depending on event needs
