Responsibilities
Supervises the day-to-day administrative and clinical area of assigned staff. Ensures established patient care, and operational/employee policies are upheld and maintained. Leads or mentors lower level team members.
Oversee and maintains the provider’s schedules ensuring daily staff schedules/coverage is appropriate for clinic visits.
Exercises supervisory controls for employees related to time and attendance and work assignments.
Coaches, trains and evaluates staff, monitors compliance and spot checks staff performance.
Ensures clinic staff is in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Reviews reports and assists staff with understanding the significance of the report information.
Performs primary medical functions and directs patient care.
Assesses staffing needs, maintains masterwork schedule, and makes staffing recommendations to management.
Maintains inventory of all clinic supplies.
Performs all other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:
High School diploma or GED is required
EXPERIENCE:
Three (3) years related experience is required.
