Requirements
  • Must be currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters in Engineering or a STEM Business major.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally on complex problems under extremely high pressure.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, required. Lean, Kaizen or Six Sigma principles preferred.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and its capabilities.
  • Previous exposure to procurement, preferred.
  • Must have experience with creating data-driven presentations using Microsoft Powerpoint or similar software.
  • Must have the ability to use independent judgment in executing professional decisions.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills required.
Responsibilities
  • Support program management efforts for end-to-end procurement strategy at Rivian.
  • Leverage multiple data points from cross functional teams to evaluate processes for inefficiencies.
  • Evaluate our supply chain base and support cost reduction initiatives.
  • Partner with hiring team to communicate insights and recommended actions to executive leadership and other key stakeholders.
