CCS (required) and either CCDS, CDIP, MD or BSN
Minimum of 2-3 years' experience with risk adjustment coding
Minimum of 3-5 years working in a customer facing role - preferably implementing and supporting risk adjustment programs
Ability and interest to present point of care products to executive level clinical leadership
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to “own” project and complete work on time
Detail oriented and deadline driven attitude
Ability to think critically and determine the best method for completing tasks
Ability to multitask and keep a sense of urgency
Strong time management, organization skills, and work ethic
Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, EMR systems, and internet)

Responsibilities

Ability to address clinical gaps within the physician practice setting
Ability to evaluate and extract clinical information from practice reports
Ability to communicate effectively on the code assignment and gap closure, (exceptions, rejections, acceptance)
Serves as liaison between customers and engineering/product to facilitate system enhancement decisions through the development lifecycle
Collaborate with Implementation to engage Physician stakeholders in design and system testing
Build strong partnerships with payers and third-party partners by supporting training and point of care role out initiatives

Who You Are:

We are seeking an experienced outpatient risk adjustment (HCCs) clinical reviewer to join our Provider Engagement Team. This is a customer facing role focused on our point of care product which assists ambulatory physicians in closing risk adjustment and quality gaps. In this role you will collaborate with sales on customer demos, work with customer support to promote provider engagement, and advise product and engineering on future development. You will partner with installing customers on training materials and videos to support physician adoption of the point of care tool. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, organized, and extremely driven. This is a remote position but client facing via video conference. 25% travel may be required.
