About Us:
Our Work Dynamics business line works with some of the world's leading organisations to provide onsite solutions.
A Transaction Manager oversees comprehensive real estate transaction services for a client's property portfolio, including lease negotiations, market rent reviews, make-good settlements, new market searches, compliance management, and stakeholder relationship maintenance, while ensuring accurate record-keeping and adherence to client requirements.
The Role:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Delivery of Real Estate Transaction Management services and functions to the allocated client property portfolio, including:
- Responsibility for the comprehensive, end-to-end management of an allocated portfolio of critical dates and key lease events in line with client requirements
- Negotiation of new (or renewal of) leases, licenses and other use agreements that support the service delivery requirements of the client
- Management of the market rent review process in line with lease agreements and client requirements, including concurrent engagement with multiple stakeholders including the client, external landlords, their representatives, and client appointed valuers
- Management of make- good negotiations including formal settlements, requiring concurrent engagement with multiple stakeholders
- Conducting end-to-end new market searches in line with client requirements, including engagement with external market stakeholders, delivery of professional market presentations to the client with recommendations and full management of administrative leasing requirements through to execution of formal lease documentation
- Accurately maintain and update client Occupancy Agreements for all leased properties occupied by client agencies as required
What you will bring
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in property transactions and associated services with a track record.
- Preferred (or working towards) Tertiary qualification in Property/Real Estate or equivalent. Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration.
- Ability to obtain and hold an AGSVA Clearance and or any additional associated Entity clearances.
- Must be an Australian Citizen
