Requirements
  • 5+ years’ technology vendor experience in a similar role in major markets across EMEA with PR agency experience a plus (a mix of the two would be ideal).
  • Strong PR agency management skills and experience in multiple markets.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication in English; additional skills in a major European language would be an advantage.
  • Strong project management, time management and execution skills.
  • The ability to work with and across different functions in a highly collaborative manner.
  • Strong skills in understanding and translating technology concepts into messaging and content that resonates (often in different vertical markets).
Responsibilities
  • Own PR strategies per country where we have PR agency partners in EMEA. Proactively communicate public relations plans to ensure transparency and understanding between stakeholders, balancing between corporate and local needs.
  • Create powerful content with strong storytelling that gains media coverage. Work with CyberArk SMEs and PR agency partners to identify topics for bylined articles, managing the writing and editing process of such articles and deliver finished content, related media pitches and spokesperson talking points. This may involve using (and instigating) CyberArk research (end-user or technical) in media, tailoring content to suit the audience.
  • Manage CyberArk’s PR agency roster in EMEA, assessing their performance regularly. Build relationships with key media contacts to help build mindshare and secure coverage for CyberArk.
  • Support delivery of customer stories as well as being part of the delivery team for major CyberArk events where there is PR opportunity.
  • Respond appropriately to hot topics in the news agenda across the region, working with CyberArk spokespeople and agencies to develop timely responses.
  • Identify forums for speaking in EMEA – paid and earned, including industry events, educational forums and podcasts.
