- A diploma or Associate’s degree in Nursing is required; equivalent combinations of education and experience may be accepted.
- Three years of acute registered nurse experience is required.
- A valid Oklahoma registered nurse license is required.
- Basic Life Support training or retraining is required during orientation before providing patient care, and current Basic Life Support certification must be maintained throughout employment.
- Advocate for and educate patients and families.
- Manage clinical care and coordinate services.
- Manage data, resources, psychosocial needs, transitions, utilization, quality, performance, and outcomes.
- Assess, plan, facilitate, coordinate, evaluate, and advocate for options and services that meet comprehensive health needs through communication and available resources.
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Master of Science in Nursing is preferred.
